Job Description:

- Initiate loan renewal discussion with existing clients over the phone.
- Attend to client inquiries to engage in conversation and keep the dialogue going.
- Resolve client issues and concerns during and after sales to maintain customer retention.
- Gathering requirements and documenting customer information.
- Able to contribute to team success by hitting quotas and sharing ideas on how to attain it.
