Lead projects to make sure clients are positioned for long-term success with practical road maps for carrying out Digital, IT or Cloud strategy, managing change, monitoring, and gauging processes, and taking remedial steps.
Apply strong analytical skills to large data sets to identify where clients can leverage IT for greatest strategic impact to drive business outcomes.
Build relationships with clients to maintain Company's profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
Earn the trust of senior leaders at client organizations and partner with them to create strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration)
Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred.
Exposure to industry frameworks e.g. TOGAF, Strategy May, Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT desirable but not essential
Manager
Minimum 8 years of large-scale consulting experience and/or working with hi-tech companies in IT strategy, Technology architecture, IT governance, Operating model design, information security, and information management.

15+ years of Strategy Consulting experience at a renowned consulting firm.
Proven experience in technology strategy development and execution.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build consensus.
Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
Experience in writing business cases (quantitative and qualitative) to support strategic business initiatives, process improvement initiatives, or IT transformations.
10+ years of experience leading or managing large teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing technology strategy recommendations.
Knowledge of and passion for the latest technology trends, such as Cloud-first, Adaptive AI, Sustainable technology, top Industry Cloud platforms, and Digital Transformations.
A strong understanding of industry operations and dynamics.
