Are you excited about making a name for yourself as a Technology Manager for a new luxury hotel in Baguio City? We are a property development company currently building our first luxury hotel. We have entered the phase of forming a management team to help set up our operations.

As our Technology Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel's technological infrastructure and systems, both hardware and software, ensuring optimal functionality, security, and support for both staff and guests. This role involves strategic planning, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of IT resources to meet operational needs and enhance guest experience. Essential Duties
Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and IT infrastructure components;Manage hotel network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless networks, and VPN connections;Coordinate with vendors for ISP, PMS, POS, IPTV, IP PBX, and other software to ensure integration and functionality;Implement security measures to protect systems and data; conduct regular audits to mitigate risks;Provide technical support to staff and guests; conduct training on IT procedures and security protocols;Plan and execute IT projects to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction;Oversee CCTV system installation, maintenance, and compliance with legal regulations;Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee software license inventory;Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend upgrades and improvements; and,Develop and manage the technology budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
