Responsibilities: Responsible for assessing technical and functional issues and developing system solutions for the deployment and the ongoing support of Ariba cloud products and solutions. This may include support of the customer throughout the life cycle of the customer engagement.
Core Tasks (may include): Providing expert functional and technical assistance, addressing maintenance, troubleshooting, and customization requests across Ariba cloud solutions Assessing customer systems and assist in system configuration Designing custom solutions for integrating Ariba solutions with multiple customer ERP systems  Planning and managing multiple customer projects and handling customer expectations effectively and efficiently Defining detailed blueprint for development requirements Being an advisor to customers throughout the engagement Supporting system optimization and performance Qualifications: At least five years professional experience thereof two years as a Ariba consultant Expert in at least one topic of SAP Ariba technology and good knowledge in at least one more Computer science graduate and knowledge/experience in Java would be an added advantage Technical planning and deployment over the full project cycle Has experience supporting customer production environments and resolving production tickets Has experience with Ariba deployments Has consulting experience on Ariba Cloud solutions Experience in handling escalations an added advantage ?
