Technology And Reporting Specialist

Skills and Qualifications:
?? At least 5 years overall experience in reporting (building and mobilizing reports) using PowerPivot or PowerBI
?? With experience in VBA and macro to automate reports
?? With good communication skills
?? Supervisory experience is preferred but not required
?? Recruitment background is preferred but not required
?? Open to getting resources from any industry


Responsibilities:
? In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
? May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
? Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
? Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
? May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within the company
? Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
? Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
? Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
? Good knowledge of HR and hands-on experience related to all types of HR related custom reports, data sources, business objects, and dashboards
? Create process documents or job aids
? Understand the business process and connect with stakeholders to gather requirements
? Strong knowledge of the functional area of HR a plus
? Enhance, optimize, and generate reports and dashboards
? Collaborate between teams and drive end to end creation of reports
