Technician (Roving)

Job Title: Roving Technician (Food Manufacturing)
Location: Parañaque
Company: Princess Joliant Corporation
Work Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours per day, 6 days a week

Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electromechanics.
Technical or vocational training in mechanical and electrical systems, with a focus on food production equipment preferred.

Experience:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, particularly in the food industry or similar manufacturing environments.
Proven experience troubleshooting and maintaining food processing equipment such as conveyors, mixers, ovens, packaging machines, and refrigeration units.
Experience in performing preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple locations or stores is a plus.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in electrical systems (wiring, motors, control panels) and mechanical systems (pumps, gearboxes, bearings).
Knowledge of PLCs and automation systems used in food production.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and other food safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address equipment failures promptly.
Effective time management and prioritization skills, especially for urgent repairs and preventive maintenance in multiple locations.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with store management and external service providers.
Preferably possesses a motorcycle for mobility across locations.
