What you will do Perform diagnosis / troubleshooting on production failure or product quality issue and involvement with engineer on necessary corrective/preventive actions. Provide assistance in setting up new production assembly line as well as carrying out the daily monitoring & maintaining of the production assembly process. Assist in updating or create new reports like assembly work instruction and procedure, failure analysis report and process validation reports. Responsible to carry out Engineering Trial Run in production, which is require for process change, ECR and 2nd source qualification What you bring Experience 2 - 3 years' experience in production & manufacturing engineering • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Operational skills in a manufacturing environment
• Able to read & understand 2D / 3D drawing & circuit diagram
• Experienced in trouble-shooting on failure in circuit board and mechanical assembly
• Experienced in handling non-conformance material and perform process validation Personal competencies Can work in a shifting schedule if needed Strong verbal and written skills in English Independent self-starter with good sense of urgency Teamwork (internal and external) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environm Who we are At WS Audiology, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.
