Technician

Graduate of any Engineering or Tech-Voc course
2.
Experience in set up, conversion, troubleshoot and repair, analysis and problem solving of recurring equipment issues
3.
Know-how with MTBA, MCBJ, Uptime and Yield
4.
Hands-on experience with the following machines, Wirebond, Diebond, ICT, SMT, Probe
