Overall Job Responsibilities
- Pulls wallpaper across inspection table and clamps wallpaper to rod on powered windup rack.
- To warden the galleries of Solaire Manila, ensuring the security of the building, collections and visiting public according to recognize resort and hotel standards.
Functional Job Responsibilities

Function 1
- Performs inspection and maintenance related tasks requiring ascending and descending
- Stairs, Bending, Reaching and Working at Heights

Function 2
- Performs job requiring proper wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary.
Function 3
- Performs job across air conditioned, humid and hot environment.
- May participate in reasonably strenuous exercise such as fire and Emergency Drills.
**Salary**: Php17,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
