Details of the offer

1.DAILY TASKS:
1.1.Helps Field Technicians in repairs, as assigned and/or scheduled by contracted Technical Services Coordinator - Trainer, and perform the following tasks to ensure efficient and completion within agreed service level (SLA):
1.1.1.Reviews pre-assigned areas/job and take additional service requests from contracted Technical Services Coordinator - Trainer.
1.1.2.Withdraw and bring necessary accessories, spare parts and materials to complete the repair.
1.1.3.Bring complete and proper tools need for quality and prompt completion of service repairs; ensures proper use and care to maximize their useful life
1.1.4.Secure transportation allowance from contracted Technical Services Coordinator - Trainer.
1.1.5.Communicate with dealer/account representative regarding service inquiry and other service concerns.
1.1.6.Conduct actual repair of defective units at dealer and/or account location, regardless if it is a dealer stock or a customer unit.
1.1.7.Test, observe, and properly endorsed serviced units to dealers, customers or their representatives; request service feedback.
1.1.8.Prepare proper documentation of service transactions made through issuance of Service Order, Delivery Receipts, Sales Invoice or Service Invoice, as applicable.
1.1.9.Secure and submit Official Receipt or Acknowledgement Receipt, as applicable, together with any collections accepted during service performance.
1.1.10.Prepare and submit Daily Report Form (DRF), detailing accomplished and unresolved service request to contracted Technical Services Coordinator - Trainer for submission to the client.
1.1.11.Liquidate received cash advances/allowance based on actual itinerary and allowed transportation expense/disbursement.
1.1.12.Prepare Service Summary detailing finished Service Orders, including spare parts and accessories used.
1.1.13.Surrender unused spare parts and defective/replaced spare parts, and submit Service Summary (SS) form, detailing service completed and spare parts used.
1.2.Assists in preparation of Spare Parts Requisition Form indicating the exact description and quantity needed based on coming and uncompleted repairs.
1.3.Aids the Field Technicians in preparation of Technical Assessment reports by providing complete details of back-jobs and or repetitive repairs.
1.4.Helps advance Service Excellence through participation in process, campaigns, and programs implementations.
1.5.Exercises Healthy and Safe work attitude.
1.6.Coordinates and follow-ups travel budget requests with contracted Technical Service Coordinator and Trainer, two weeks prior to schedule travel.
1.1.Adhere to customers, clients and contractor's rules, policy and procedures always
1.2.Performs other tasks given by, and requested by client through, contracted Technical Service Coordinator and Trainer, as they arise.
2.WEEKLY and MONTHLY TASKS:
2.1.Supports the Field Technician in monitoring the status of service requests by providing the following periodic reports to contracted Technical Service Coordinator and Trainer, for submission to client.
2.1.1.Weekly Outstanding/Pending Service Transactions Report based on Daily Report Form
2.1.2.Weekly Outstanding Spare Parts Request (SPRF)
2.1.3.Weekly Status Summary Report on Exceptions
2.1.4.Weekly Summary of Technical Assessments
2.1.5.Monthly Tools and Service Equipment Status Report
