Job Description: About the job We are looking for Technical Writer who will be responsible in performing the following day-to-day tasks: Write, edit, research, and proofread the program team's writing support requests. Prepare instruction manuals, how-to guides, client notifications, and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information more easily. Collaborate with designers to develop materials aligned to the company's brand. Ensure the final draft has all necessary approvals and has gone through the quality control process before submitting for development/publishing. Provide accurate information inquired following agreed service level standards and procedures. Must write and edit fluently in English. Requirements/Qualifications: B.A. English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a degree in a related field 1-3 years of technical writing experience Excellent command of business language Familiarity with standard editorial guidelines Writing experience with IT offerings or mobile applications or topics is a plus.
