- Background in economics or business a plus.
- Work with Aviso business analysts and property appraisers.
Able to collaborate on reports online with analysts
- Edit or clean up reports according to weekly deadlines.
- Able to grasp economic concepts and summarize them.
Able to read tables and graphs and convey or summarize their meaning and implications.
- Must be able to assemble a report, cutting and pasting tables, pictures and graphs unto a word or power point document and write about the data.
- Able to use word, excel and power point.
- Can do the occasional fieldwork with technical people (once every two months).
**Job Conditions**
- Hybrid work hours.
Report to the office 1 to 3 times a week, depending on need, while working online with team.
Nearing deadlines, occasionally have online meetings in the evenings.
Usually, however, work hours are kept for online meetings and calls although technical writing time is up to the writer as long as deadlines are met.
- Can work anywhere provided there is adequate connectivity (can have virtual meetings during work hours).
**Career Path**
- Graduate to advisory work when sufficient skill sets are learned while working on the job.
- Financial Valuation Analysis (business valuations for investment properties, intellectual properties, business interests).
- Economic Valuation Analysis (property economics and/or transport economics and/or hospitality economics).
- Move on to related field where the learned skill sets are valuable (investment banking, banking, real estate development, etc.).
**Starting Compensation**
- PhP25,000 to PhP35,000 per month depending on interview results.
