Technical Training Specialist

Job summary
The Technical Training Specialist is responsible for overseeing and implementing training programs within the Thermal Business Group.They ensure that technical personnel possess the necessary qualifications to carry out their jobs.They also monitor resources and improve training programs to align with organizational requirements.

Responsibilities
• Align training programs with operational and strategic requirements• Monitor training resources and budget• Develop and maintain governance documents• Assist in strategizing and planning technical programs• Conduct training needs assessments• Collaborate with BU Heads for training needs• Foster a culture of learning and development• Ensure compliance with industry standards and policies• Liaise with external training providers and subject matter experts• Develop training plans and curriculum• Review and update training materials• Identify and evaluate subject matter experts• Coordinate and schedule training programs• Attend to training requests and provide support• Maintain training records and act as LMS administrator• Facilitate on-boarding sessions• Communicate updates and information to stakeholders
Requirements
• Bachelor's/College Degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering, or related course• At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical training• At least 1 year of project management experience• Instructional Design• Training Delivery and Facilitation• Strategic Training Management• Assessment and Evaluation• Training Design and Curriculum Development
