Unspecified JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Work with Business Unit stakeholders in the design, review, and update of the program/curricula for technical training based on process requirements.
Develop training modules.
Prepare logistical requirements for certification, recertification, and qualification and cross-training activities and confirm attendance of target learners.
Facilitate certification, recertification, and qualification and cross-training activities.
Manage overall records of technical training.
Guide area owners in updating versatility matrix.
Administer training evaluation (training evaluation form, examination, actual performance assessment).
Participate in continuous process improvement activities.
Conduct employee introductory training and onboarding.
Deploy awareness training to targeted workforce.
Coordinate and conduct process-related training (classroom training, e-learning and other computer-aided instructional technologies).
Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the technical training program from stakeholders' inputs, employee performance and result of quality systems audit.
Perform other related duties as required
Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a trainer or related role.
Knowledgeable in manufacturing assembly processes, and/or assembly training manuals creation, technical requirements interpretation (PS, LCPS, FSI-PS, MPS etc.)
·Strict adherence to training metrics aligned to BU requirements.
Organized and able to create multiple timelines and schedules. Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities.
Preferably with experience within a manufacturing environment in the areas of Production, Engineering or Quality.
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
Strong analytical skills in manufacturing process and business process.
·Good understanding of Quality Management System.
Strong commitment to develop people and coaching capability.
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and instructional software.
