Technical Support - Us Account Campaign

Details of the offer

Experience in computer hardware and software / ISP (Internet Service Provider)
Used CRM Tools and Remote Desktop Tools
At least 1 Yr BPO experience at least
Good communication skills
POS
Used Remote Desktop Tools like Bomgar, TeamViewer RescueMeLogMein, etc.
Used CRM Tools like Salesforce, Citrix, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.
Experience in handling a hardware and software account
Required to have computer troubleshooting experience - not just mobile phone or any devices
1 year experience as TSR

Salary/Benefits
26.5k - 31k Package + 18%-night Differential (normally ranges from 3k to 4k HMO Day1 coverage)
1 Free Dependent (After 6 months)
TRAINING/NESTING - WORK ON SITE THEN HYBRID OR WFH FOR PRODUCTIONS/OPERATIONS
