Technical Support Supervisor

Responsibilities:Provide first-level technical support to users of HRIS and MYXfinancials systems via phone, email, or chat.Diagnose and troubleshoot system-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and product specialists, to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.Assist users with system navigation, functionalities, and basic training to enhance their understanding.Document and maintain detailed records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support ticketing system.Stay updated on system updates, new features, and industry best practices to provide accurate and timely support.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven supervisory at least 3 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on HRIS and financial systems.Knowledge of data security and privacy standards related to HR and financial systems.Strong understanding of HRIS and financial software architecture and functionality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.Familiarity with support ticketing systems and customer relationship managementWillingness to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
