Technical Support Supervisor

The **Technical Support Supervisor** oversees the daily tasks of the Field Support Associates and ensures that targets are met and all clients are serviced efficiently and effectively.The **Field Support Supervisor** coaches, mentors, and sets performance goals for the Field Support Associates.Job Requirements & Qualifications:- Must be a graduate of Computer and other related courses.- Must have at least 2 years experience as Technical Field Supervisor.- Must be knowledgeable in Electronic equipment/Office equipment.- Must be knowledgeable in MS Office( Word, Excel and Power Point)- Can manage technical people particularly with repair of hardware and electronics- Has excellent customer orientation skills- Has good communication and presentation skills- Knowledgeable in creating process flow- Must be a team player- Can work under pressure- Can work well in a team- Can work with mínimal supervision.- With banking technical support experience is a plus but not required.Pacific Sun Solutions offers:- Career growth through training and seminars- Fun Team Building and Company activities- Medical and Dental Benefits- Weekends Off- Accessible work locationSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- San Juan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Technical Support Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
