Responsibilities:
? Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and CCTV issues.
? Communicate effectively with users to understand and address their IT-related problems.
? Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, backups, and system monitoring to ensure optimal performance
? Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and CCTV
? Maintain records of issues and solutions to help with future troubleshooting
? Train users on how to use new hardware, software and CCTV, and provide ongoing support to help them become proficient with the technology

Qualifications:
? Male, not over 40 years old
? Education: Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Senior High School Graduates with ICT strand also accepted.
? Experience: At least 6 months of experience in computer hardware and CCTV is preferred.
Fresh graduates are also accepted
? Technical Knowledge: Desktop, Laptops, Monitors, Printers, CCTV, Networking
? Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
