Technical Support Specialist

Details of the offer

Bachelor's Degree holder
- 2 years up support in software and hardware system, laptops and desktops windows
- ITIL certification is an advantage but not required
- Background in ticketing tools such as **Service Now (SNow)**:

- Experience in remote desktop support in an enterprise set-up
- Experience in a global company is a plus
- Good command of English

Other details:

- Budget - salary range between 21k-32k
- Work schedule - 24/7 shifting schedule, Hybrid set up
- Work location : Alabang, Muntinlupa
- Equipment are provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
