• Provides Technical Support for Boutique (Hardware/ Software, POS, CCTV, Internet/ Connectivity)
• POS w/ Manual to turnover
• BMS/Dreampos POS Provider
• Sales Hub Process
• Technical Support – H.O. / Warehouse (Hardware/Software, BMS, SQL, CCTV, Internet)
• Tech support for BMS / (SQL DB w/ Script to turnover)
• Check up and Maintenance of PC & Server
• Check up and Maintenance of PABX
• Check up and Maintenance of Printer (Varca/RVA/Company Purchased)/ Ink/Toner (Varca/RVA)
• CCTV (OS2)
• Network (Router/VPN)
• Recommendation of Purchase of Equipment
• Pending Update/Summary (Ex. PC Upgrade Updates)
