JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Expertise in x86 Server Operating Systems.Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, both remotely and onsiteSupport hardware and software, implementing technology at the operating system level across all serversPerform basic to intermediate troubleshooting (L2).Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
