Position: Technical Support Specialist

Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 40,000 and above
Work Set Up: Hybrid

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expertise in x86 Server Operating Systems.
- Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, both remotely and onsite
- Support hardware and software, implementing technology at the operating system level across all servers
- Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting (L2).
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
