Where??? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu As Tech Support, your role will be instrumental in maintaining the functionality and efficiency of our IT systems, ensuring a seamless and secure computing environment for all team members.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Ensure the meticulous setup of workstations and execute carpentry tasks in alignment with designated design plans and specifications. Undertake additional infrastructure responsibilities encompassing masonry, carpentry, and electrical work. Uphold the safeguarding and upkeep of equipment in strict adherence to established standards. Conduct thorough inventory checks for all equipment and materials, promoting meticulous record-keeping. Comply with rigorous health and safety protocols and strictly adhere to company policies. Oversee the reception and management of construction materials, coordinate deliveries, and proficiently handle logistical processes. Provide valuable support to the housekeeping team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. We would need you to be or have the following: Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role. Adept at Azure, Office 365, Windows/Mac OS, and ticketing systems. Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and peripherals. Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
