Technical Support Representatives - Taguig

We are currently looking for Technical Support Representative to join our team at Taguig!

Job Summary:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to account.
- Assist customers utilizing problem solving skills and customer empathy.

Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- With 2 years technical support experience (software, hardware and web) is Required.
- Proficient with windows, mobile and cloud
- Strong comprehension of internet and routing
- With Excellent Communication Skills

Work set-up:
- Shifting Schedule
- WORK ONSITE AT TAGUIG

Compensation:
- Earn as much as 28k with 18% Night Shift Differential
