Role Overview
We seek a Technical Support Virtual Assistant (VA) based in the Philippines to join our team starting mid-November. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer support, addressing IT issues and errors while ensuring the security and privacy of our clients and their partners.
Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for clients.Communicate effectively with clients to understand and resolve their IT challenges.Ensure the protection of sensitive client data through security best practices.Assist in maintaining a high standard of customer service and cyber security.Proactively identify problems before they affect the entire organization. Desired Skills and Experience: Strong background in IT; familiarity with common technical issues and solutions.Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.Ability to work in a quiet environment free from distractions.Capable hardware to support required software.Experience in customer service is a plus.Awareness of security and privacy measures is critical.
