Job Summary: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to account.Assist customers utilizing problem solving skills and customer empathy.B2C and B2B Inbound and outbound transaction via Phone Qualifications: Highschool Graduate or EquivalentWith at least 1 year of hardware and software support experience in the BPO industry is REQUIREDWith experience using CRM tools and remote desktopExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in ISP Support Work Set-up:

- Earn as much as 31k with 18% Night Shift Differential
