Technical Support Representative

We are currently looking for Technical Support Representative to join our team at Taguig!

Job Summary:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to account.
- Assist customers utilizing problem solving skills and customer empathy.
- B2C and B2B Inbound and outbound transaction via Phone

Qualifications:
- Highschool Graduate or Equivalent
- With at least 1 year of hardware and software support experience in the BPO industry is REQUIRED
- With experience using CRM tools and remote desktop
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in ISP Support

Work Set-up:
- Shifting Schedule
- WORK ONSITE AT TAGUIG

Compensation:
- Earn as much as 31k with 18% Night Shift Differential
