Technical Support Representative

Documents client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
- Communicate ideas both verbal and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner both with technical and non-technical audiences
- Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally

**Minimum Qualifications**
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for external customers
- Knowledge in business analysis or implementation of software products
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Organizational and time management skills required
- Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
- Has 3 to 6 months call-handling experience
- Strong skills in software configurations
- Strong troubleshooting skills
