Technical Support Representative

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. The responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues, providing step-by-step assistance, and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
