Technical Support Representative
Location: Cebu City (onsite)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:30PM – 12:30AM (fixed, no work during PH holidays)
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

A Global IT Solutions Provider is currently looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for handling first line technical support issues and concerns.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
? Respond to inquiries, issues or concerns raised by customers by phone, email or chat
? Identify and resolve technical problems by providing the appropriate resolution
? Take initiative in researching for solutions to unfamiliar issues or concerns.

Qualifications/ skills required:
? At least 1 year experience in Technical Support, Desktop Support or Service Desk
? Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or equivalent
? Must have excellent English communication skills.
