Technical Support

Duties and Responsibilities:- Installing configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.- Diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary- Provide support or assistance in current and incoming projects of IT, including procedural documentation and relevant reports- Providing technical support across the company or the client.Qualifications:- Graduate of 4-year Information Technology or any related courses- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.- Knowledgeable in Microsoft products including Operating Systems and Application Tools-Willing to travel to other sites for field support- Can start as soon as possible- Amenable to work in Makati or BGC area
