This will include supporting customers over the telephone with various applications, networks, and technologies. Here's what you can expect to do:Provide technical support over the phone and through chat and email (e.g. device setup, laptop, and other consumer electronics) Maintain high level of professionalism when working through struggles with customers Meet customer service levels and sales goals Upsell Asurion products and services Flexibility to perform tasks that include claims and technical support with multiple clients and perform other duties as assigned by management Here's what you'll bring to the team:Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience1 year of BPO technical support program experience is required6 months of BPO Sales experience is requiredProven experience in supporting others with mobile technology and other devices (this may include but is not limited to computers, gaming consoles, smart TVs, tablets, etc.)Working knowledge of (or ability to learn) multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment and applications) Passionate about customer service and loves helping othersBonus points if you have:Wider experience in supporting others with applications, networks, and technologiesExperience in managing and working towards the Net Promoter Score (NPS) metricCustomer service experience in a frontline technical environment (e.g. Retail Consumer Technology outlets, IT support, and troubleshooting environments, etc.)About AsurionAsurion helps people protect, connect, and enjoy the latest tech – to make life a little easier.
