Technical Support - Entry Level

Job Description:
Setting up and configuration of end-user computing and hardware devices (e.g. laptops, printers)Troubleshooting of both IT hardwares and softwares
Installs and upgrades operating systems (Windows) and anti-virus programs
Replacing and/or repairing damaged hardware
Ensure privacy and data protection
Technical documentations

Qualifications:
A graduate of IT or any related field
At least 1 year of IT related experience
Preferably with experience resolving IT hardware and software concerns
Good communication skills
Approachable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
