Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to: Install, configure, maintain, and monitor computer operating systems, applications, and networks. Basic Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software faults and resolving technical and application problems (ie. but not limited to printers, telephony, CCTV, ISP) Provide technical support/assistance on-site or either through phone, email, or remote desktop access. Support the roll-out of new applications and onboarding for new hires Keep a record of issues, along with solutions, to refer to in future instances  Qualifications:Minimum 1 year experience in a corporate office Strong understanding of computer applications, hardware, and software  Experience with MS Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Knowledgeable in different types of Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android) Experience with troubleshooting network printers and other types of printers.
