Technical Support Engineer

In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure components, including LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), and wireless technologiesProficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficientlyFamiliarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, mac OS), networking, and hardware componentsExperience with common software applications and tools, including remote support software and help desk systemsA proactive approach to network maintenance and issue resolutionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to collaborate and work as part of a teamAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailFlexibility to adapt to changing network requirementsSelf-motivated and responsibleA passion for Service Improvement QUALIFICATIONS: A graduate of 4-year computer related field such as BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent courses.Preferably with 3-5 years related work experiencePreferably with relevant IT industry certifications, and at least 56 hours of technical training/certification.
