Technical Support Engineer

•Provide technical assistance to customers including diagnosis trouble analysis and inspection of units with relation to electronics and common rail system
•Conducts troubleshooting and evaluation of product and quality related issues and provides documentation such as field service and technical report related to electronics ad common rail system'
•Facilitates and monitors sending of spare parts to the requesting party including packaging and communication with Courier
