Experience in remote desktop and technical assistance is required
2 years leadership experience with ability to head and lead technical support teams
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Has project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Can work with minimal supervision
Experience in technical coaching and staff development is mandatory
