WSUS McAFeeOS: Windows 10Cisco IP Communicator and JabberHardware: Dell laptopsIvant MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Install software, maintain, and introduce training as neededMaintain and update documentation of procedures and configurationsMaintain, repair, and upgrade the operating system including hardware and softwareMonitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructuresResponsible for investigating and analyzing the application issues, gathering IT usage cases,
advising recommendations for refining the organizational IT systems and carrying out daily

configuration and installation of IT solutions and services

Manage and train the new Local IT Support teamManage the Local IT Support Metrics and KPI'sAnalyze and resolve the escalated issuesGather the details and information for the Monthly report. Present the monthly update to IT Director and the Local IT
Administrators

Manage the entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT suppliesDevelop and maintain vendor relations
