Technical Supervisor

- Ensure that the Contracted Services will be accomplished by contractor's personnel.
- Maintain a good business relationship with the client.
Clients' concerns must be addressed at once.
- Inspect areas to ensure that the contractor staff are doing their job in accordance with their job description.
- Recommend housekeeping and facility up-keeping program.
- Submit written reports to client and contractor Head Office for any incident that may occur involving the contractor staff.
- Consolidate all reports from all assigned personnel, for submission to the client.
- Check and submit time records to contractor's Head Office for payroll and billing purposes.
- Coordinate with training officer to develop performance training programs and monitoring work schedule which will maximize productivity.
