Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology.
· Experience as Subject Matter expert
· Experience in Technical Support
· Experience in email/voice support
· Familiarity in Cybersecurity, Mac OS


Job Details:

· Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues of clients.
· Address customer inquiries and questions in a timely manner
