We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Manager to bridge the gap between our sales team, technical capabilities, and customer needs. This role involves collaborating with Sales to design and pitch tailored, complex technical solutions while ensuring customer feedback and new requirements are integrated into our product portfolio roadmap.
\n Key responsibilitiesWork closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to customer needs.Act as the technical expert in customer meetings, addressing complex queries effectively.Lead the development of technical architecture for customized solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company capabilities.Coordinate with internal teams to scope and cost technical solutions.Provide input into project delivery plans for seamless execution post-sale.Capture customer feedback, pain points, and new feature requirements to inform product development.Collaborate with the product management team to integrate customer insights into the product roadmap.Monitor market trends to anticipate customer needs and identify new opportunities.Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.Provide training and technical enablement for the sales team to enhance their product and technical understanding. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degree preferred.3+ years in a technical solutions, pre-sales, or product management role, preferably in the internet services or telecommunications industry.Proven experience in designing and delivering complex technical solutions.In-depth understanding of networking, internet infrastructure, cloud services, and related technologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.Willingness to travel as needed.
