In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our technical teams, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions that meet their business needs. You will leverage your technical expertise and relationship management skills to enhance customer satisfaction and drive account growth.

Qualifications:
Senior High School Graduate
Minimum 6 months experience
Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities and Duties: Answering incoming calls and responding to customer's emailsProviding product and service information to customersManagement and resolve customer complaints
