Technical Service Desk Position

We are looking for a Technical Service Desk who will be assigned here at Northridge Plaza Congressional Quezon City.Job Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred• 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize accordingly• Ability to efficiently multi-task and prioritize• Ability to work well in a team environment• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including weekends and holidays as neededJob Description:• Provide technical support to clients and customers via phone, email, or other remote communication channels• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking• Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction• Manage and prioritize multiple support requests to meet SLAs and ensure customer satisfaction• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain up-to-date technical knowledge
