Technical Service Coordinator

Attends to walk-in and phone inquiries/requests from customer and notes them in the appropriate record form and endorses to concern department.Receives, logs details of samples for analysis, and endorses to samples to laboratoryValidates all information and pertinent documents of customer are accurate and complete.Consults the Supervisor and Laboratory Business Manager in case of doubt regarding customer queries, acceptability of sample for analysis.Coordinates the CSAs daily schedule to include both the regular and pre-arranged sample pick up and the newly requested ones.Ensures that records books/File is signed by the concerned personnel and issues reminders if lapses are noted.Conducts customer survey and receives customer feedback and complaints and forwards to the Quality Manager / Deputy for resolution.Observes guidelines on: safety and good housekeeping in the laboratory and its environment.Directly reporting to Supervisor / Laboratory Business Manager.Performs other tasks as necessary to support the laboratory's objectives.
