You will design solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems; manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale; articulate design considerations and recommendations for technical architecture.
Ideal Profile Requirements: At least 7+ years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience.Excellent verbal and written communication with technical audiences, non-technical audiences, and senior management.Strong relationship management skills.Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.Expert understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Salesforce Mobile, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning design, and AppExchange.Configuration experience using the Salesforce point-and-click developer interface.Hands-on development of Lightning Web Component Development, Aura, JavaScript libraries, CSS, and CI/CD methodologies.Understanding of the Salesforce APIs for integration and data migration activities in Salesforce.Strong background in the design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle.Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills.Multiple active Salesforce Certifications related to the architect path.Experience in Salesforce with end-to-end implementation in the following areas: Technical Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile methodology.Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts and how they influence the design.Force.com platform experience, including the limitation of the platform.Evaluation of Salesforce.com with 3rd party solutions.Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns).Supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools.What's on Offer?
