Technical Sales Staff

As a technical sales staff member, you will be responsible for promoting and selling technical products or services to businesses or consumers. This role requires a deep understanding of the products/services offered as well as the ability to effectively communicate their technical features and benefits to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Knowledge
Develop a thorough understanding of the technical aspects and functionalities of the products/services being sold.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements.
2. Consultative Selling
Understand customer needs and requirements through effective questioning and needs analysis.Recommend appropriate products/services that meet customer requirements.Provide demonstrations or presentations of products/services as needed.
3. Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Technical Support
Serve as a technical resource for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical guidance.Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex technical problems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in selling gadgets like laptops, PCs, or consumer electronics.Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely.Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
