- Providing technical expertise on inbound calls or other electronic input
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that best suit client needs
- Share technical solutions and knowledge with the team and contribute towards best practice

Job Qualifications:

- 1 year Customer Service Experience (Non BPO are welcome)
- Atleast HS / SHS graduate
- Tech Savvy/Tech Curious

Shift: Rotating Shifts
