* Technical specialty or any 4-year business related course
* With excellent communication Skills (Verbal and Written) with time management and problem solving skills.
* Must be proficient (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point)
* Candidate must be good in building rapport towards consultants and clients.
* Discuss, negotiate, and lock to a sales agreement
* Knowledgeable in water and wastewater treatment
