Technical Sales Representative - Cebu- Direct Hire

URGENT ! ! ! DIRECT HIRE ! ! !?Achieved monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned area?Approach and promote the principal's products to existing and potential customers?Develops, handles, and maintains the business to customers by achieving monthly KPI, by visiting and addressing inquiries and concerns, and by providing technical assistance and product knowledge?Communicate with superior from time to time to discuss situations and activities on assigned territory?Proposing the product's price by cost structure approved by superior?Assist the Credit and Collection Department, in collecting and/or setting receivables?Contribute and suggest ideas toward improving and/or achieving sales and marketing objectives of the company?Benchmarks and monitors competitors' prices, strategies, and activities?Assist in checking inventory reports and assure stocks are within buffer level?Attend seminars and training on product knowledge and self-development to increase efficiency in both technical and marketing skills?Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science or any related Science Course (Required) Chemical Engineering/ Food Technology Graduate / Cosmetic Science/ Chemistry/ Pharmacy Graduate is an Advantage* Newly Graduates are welcome to apply Experience: at least 1 year of related work (Preferred)SKILLS?Driving (Non-Pro licensed)?The ability and desire to sell?Negotiation and Coordinating Skills?Excellent communication skills?A positive, confident, and determined approach?Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection?A high degree of self-motivation and ambition?The skills to work both independently and as part of a team?The capability to flourish in a competitive environment?A good level of numeracy?Can drive with a driving license?Fluency in a foreign language - this can be helpful, particularly if working for an international companyCan speak native language (Hiligaynon) and English (Required)Salary: will discuss during Job OfferWork Set Up:- 1-2 months training at the Office (Orientation, Product and Services Offered)- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM- Filed work: Client Visit, will report at the office once or twice a week*bap
