The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling technical products or services to clients in various industries. Job Responsibilities: Achieved monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned area.Approached and promoted the principal's products to existing and potential customers.Developed, managed, and maintained customer relationships by achieving monthly KPIs, visiting clients, addressing inquiries and concerns, and providing technical assistance and product knowledge.Communicated regularly with superiors to discuss situations and activities within the assigned territory.Proposed product pricing based on the cost structure approved by superiors.Assisted the Credit and Collection Department in collecting and managing receivables.Contributed ideas to improve and achieve the company's sales and marketing objectives.Benchmarked and monitored competitors' prices, strategies, and activities.Assisted in checking inventory reports to ensure stock levels are within buffer limits.Attended seminars and training sessions on product knowledge and self-development to enhance both technical and marketing skills.Performed other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
